Cockreative website offers packages of design, development, and maintenance services to meet the business needs of domestic and international clients. This service use policy clarifies the rights and responsibilities of both the clients and Cockreative in the process of providing and using the service.

Rights and Obligations of Cockreative

Service Provision: We commit to providing services according to the agreement in the contract, ensuring quality and features as described in the selected service package.


Technical Support: We offer technical support to clients during the use of the website through various means such as email, phone, or online support tools. Support time depends on the service package chosen by the client.


Information Security: Cockreative commits to keeping client information confidential, not disclosing it to third parties without client consent unless required by competent authorities.


Rights and Obligations of Clients

Service Use Rights: Clients have the right to request Cockreative to fulfill the terms and conditions agreed upon in the contract, including feature, quality, and completion time requirements.


Confidentiality Responsibility: Clients are responsible for keeping their login and personal information related to their account and services confidential. Any damages arising from client negligence are not the responsibility of Cockreative.


Timely Payment: Clients are responsible for making full and timely payments for the services used. In case of payment issues, clients need to notify promptly for assistance.


Refund Policy

Refund Conditions: In cases where the service does not meet the commitments in the contract or has serious quality issues, Cockreative will consider refunds for clients according to the company's refund policy.


Refund Procedure: To request a refund, clients need to contact Cockreative's customer service within 7 days from the date the issue occurred for support.


Service Termination Policy

Termination for Violation: Cockreative reserves the right to terminate the service without refund in cases where clients violate the agreed terms, affecting the company's operations or causing harm to the rights of third parties.


Termination Upon Request: Clients may terminate the contract at any time, provided they notify Cockreative at least 15 days in advance and fully pay any arising fees (if any).


Dispute Resolution

All disputes arising from the use of the service will be resolved through negotiation between the two parties. If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes will be resolved at the competent court according to Vietnamese law.


Policy Update and Adjustment

Cockreative reserves the right to adjust and supplement the terms in this policy to conform to legal regulations and business conditions. Changes will be notified to clients via email or announcements on the website.

Payment Policy

Clients can make payments to us using the following methods:


Bank Transfer

For this payment method, after completing the registration steps on the website, clients proceed to transfer the payment to the bank account below. Afterward, clients scan the payment confirmation document (Payment Order) and attach it to the support request in our customer management system or contact us through the communication methods provided on the website. We will start working on the website for clients after verifying the completion of their payment.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

Scope of Application

The shipping and delivery policy applies to website service products and related documents delivered to customers after the completion of the website design and development contract.

Delivery Method

After completing the design and development of the website, we will hand over all source codes and user manuals through online means: email or online management system. For maintenance and upgrade services, we will perform updates directly on the customer's system or through pre-agreed online communication channels.

Delivery Time

The delivery time of the product depends on the signed service package. This time will be clearly stated in the contract and typically ranges from 3 to 30 working days depending on the scale and requirements of the customer.

Responsibility During Delivery

Cockreative commits to providing services within the committed timeframe. In the event of unforeseen delays, we will promptly notify and offer alternative solutions to ensure the customer's rights are protected.

Inspection and Confirmation

Upon receiving the product, the customer is responsible for checking all delivered services. If there are any errors, the customer must immediately notify Cockreative within 7 days for support and rectification.
